Situation
Oxymorphone IR 10 mg tablet and oxymorphone ER 5, 7.5, 10, 20 mg tablet were approved for deletion to the health system formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.
Background
The following medication was reviewed: Oxymorphone ER 5, 7.5, 10, 20 mg tablet and oxymorphone IR 10 mg tablet
