Situation 

Oxycodone ER 80 mg tablet was approved for deletion to the health system formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.  

Background 

The following medication was reviewed: Oxycodone ER 80 mg tablet

Assessment/Recommendation 

Change effective: Tuesday, October 14       

System P&T voted to remove the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary: 

• Oxycodone ER 80 mg tablet
