Situation 

Tenecteplease (TNKase) 25 mg vials were approved for addition to the health system formulary at the September 2025 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.  

Background 

The following medication was reviewed: Tenecteplase (TNKase) 25 mg vials 

Assessment/Recommendation 

Change effective: Tuesday, October 14th        

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary: 

• Tenecteplase (TNKase) 25 mg vials
