The trastuzumab-containing agents class review and formulary standardization was approved by the System Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee in November 2020.
Background
- The following trastuzumab-containing agents were reviewed: Trastuzumab/hyaluronidase-oysk (Herceptin Hylecta), Pertuzumab/Trastuzumab/Hyaluronidase-zzxf (Phesgo)
