Situation: Trifluoperazine tablets was approved for removal from the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.
Background: The following medication was reviewed: trifluoperazine tablets
Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to remove the following products to the UNC Health Medication Formulary with restrictions: trifluoperazine 1 mg and 5 mg tablets
Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, June 17th
