Situation: Travoprost intracameral implant (iDOSE TR) was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.
Background: The following medication was reviewed: travoprost intracameral implant (iDOSE TR)
Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following products to the UNC Health Medication Formulary with restrictions: travoprost intracameral implant (iDOSE TR) 75 mg
- Restricted to outpatient encounters or clinical use only (ie, no inpatient use)
Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, July 8th
