Situation: Vitamin A oral solution was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Vitamin A Oral Solution

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary 

  • Vitamin A Oral Solution

Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, May 27th
