Situation: Baloxavir (Xofluza) tablets were approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.
Background: The following medications were reviewed: Baloxavir (Xofluza) 40 mg and 80 mg tablets
Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following products to the UNC Health Medication Formulary
- Baloxavir 40 mg tablets
- Baloxavir 80 mg tablets
Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, May 27th
