Situation: Morphine 0.5 mg/mL 2 mL pre-filled syringe (PF) was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.
Background: The following medication was reviewed: Morphine pre-filled syringe (PF)
Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary
- Morphine Sulfate 0.5 mg/mL in Sodium Chloride Solution, 2 mL fill, 3 mL syringe (PF)
Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, May 27th
