Letermovir (Prevymis) Oral Pellets

Situation: Letermovir (Prevymis) 20 mg and 120 mg oral pellets were approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Letermovir oral pellets

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary 

• Letermovir 20 mg and 120 mg oral pellets 

Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, May 13th
