Situation: Obecabtagene Autoleucel (Aucatzyl) was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Obecabtagene Autoleucel (Aucatzyl)

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary 

• Obecabtagene Autoleucel (Aucatzyl) 10 x 10⁶ CD19 CAR-T viable cells (50 mL infusion bag)

Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, April 29th
