Background: The following medication was reviewed: Axitilimab-csfr (Niktimvo)
Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary
- Axitilimab-csfr (Niktimvo) 9 mg SDV & 22 mg SDV injection
Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, April 29th
