Situation: Cetirizine oral solution was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Cetirizine 5 mg/5 mL oral solution

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following product to the UNC Health Medication Formulary 

• Cetirizine 5 mg/5 mL oral solution

Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, April 1st
