Necitumumab (Portrazza)

Situation: Necitumumab (Portrazza) 16 mg/mL was approved for removal from the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background: The following medication was reviewed: necitumumab (Portrazza) 900 mg/50 mL (16 mg/mL) intravenous solution

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to remove the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Necitumumab (Portrazza) 16 mg/mL IV solution

Formulary/Epic Changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, March 4^th
