Situation: Multivitamin with minerals (Thera-Vite Max-M) was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting. 

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Multivitamin with minerals (Thera-Vite Max M) tablet

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Multivitamin with minerals (Thera-Vite Max M) tablet
