Situation: Aflibercept HD (Eylea HD) ophthalmic injection was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting. 

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Aflibercept HD 8 mg/0.07 mL intravitreal solution for injection

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Aflibercept HD intravitreal solution for injection
