Situation: Phentolamine ophthalmic solution (Ryzumvi) was approved for addition to the UNC Health System Formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting

Background: The following medication was reviewed: Phentolamine (Ryzumvi) 0.75% ophthalmic solution 

Assessment/Recommendation: System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Phentolamine (Ryzumvi) ophthalmic solution
