Canakinumab (Ilaris) 150 mg/mL SDV injection was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the August 2024 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Canakinumab (Ilaris) 150 mg/mL SDV injection

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Canakinumab (Ilaris) 150 mg/mL SDV injection
