Imetelstat (Rytelo) 44 mg & 188 mg SDV injection was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the September 2024 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Imetelstat (Rytelo) 44 mg & 188mg SDV injection

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Imetelstat (Rytelo) 44 mg & 188 mg SDV injection
