Situation:

Tarlatamab-dlle (Imdelltra) 1 mg SDV and 10 mg SDV injection was approved by the System Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee in July 2024.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Tarlatamab-dlle (Imdelltra) 1 mg SDV and 10 mg SDV injection

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Tarlatamab-dlle (Imdelltra) 1 mg SDV and 10 mg SDV injection
