Pegfilgrastim-cbqv (Udenyca OnBody OBI) 6 mg/0.6 mL injection was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the May 2024 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Pegfilgrastim-cbqv (Udenyca OnBody OBI) 6 mg/0.6 mL injection

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Pegfilgrastim-cbqv (Udenyca OnBody OBI) 6 mg/0.6 mL injection
