Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Velmanase alfa (Lamzede) 10 mg SDV for injection.

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Velmanase alfa (Lamzede) 10 mg SDV for injection
