Situation:

RSV Vaccine (AbrysvoTM) was approved for restriction update to the health system formulary at the January 2024 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Commitee meeting

Background:

The following medications were reviewed: RSV Vaccine (AbrysvoTM)

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to UPDATE the restriction criteria for RSV vaccine (AbrysvoTM) to the UNC Health Medication Formulary to the following:

• Outpatient/ clinic use
• Inpatient use is restricted to pregnant patients

Note: Stock of this formulary product may vary at individual entities
