Copanlisib (Aliqopa®) was approved for removal from the health system formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Copanlisib (Aliqopa®)

System P&T voted to remove the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:
