Situation:

Epcoritamab-bysp (Epkinly) 4 mg/0.8 mL SDV & 48 mg/0.8 mL SDV for injection were approved for addition to the health system formulary at the August 20203 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting.

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Epcoritamab-bysp (Epkinly) 4 mg/0.8 mL SDV & 48 mg/0.8 mL SDV for injection

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Epcoritamab-bysp (Epkinly) 4 mg/0.8 mL SDV & 48 mg/0.8 mL SDV
