Situation:

Nadofaragene Firadenovec-vncg (Adstiladrin) frozen 3 x10¹¹ viral particles (vp)/mL per four 20 mL glass vials for intravesical instillations was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the August 2023 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Meeting. 

Background:

The following medication was reviewed: Nadofaragene Firadenovec-vncg (Adstiladrin) frozen 3 x10¹¹ viral particles (vp)/mL per four 20 mL glass vials for intravesical instillation

Assessment/Recommendations:

System P&T voted to include the following product from the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Nadofaragene Firadenovec-vncg (Adstiladrin) frozen 3 x10¹¹ viral particles (vp)/mL per four 20 mL glass vials for intravesical instillations
