COVID-19 Recombinant Ad26 Monovalent Vaccine (Janssen) was approved for removal from the health system formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

System P&T voted to remove the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• COVID-19 Recombinant Ad26 Monovalent Vaccine (Janssen) 

Formulary/Epic changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
