Neostigmine 3 mg/3 mL (1 mg/1 mL) intravenous syringe was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

The following medication was reviewed: Neostigmine 3 mg/3 mL (1 mg/1 mL) intravenous syringe

Assessment/Recommendations

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Neostigmine 3 mg/3 mL (1 mg/1 mL) pre-filled syringe
