Situation

Teclistamab-cqyv (Tecvayli) 10 mg/mL (30 mg SDV) and 90 mg/mL (153 mg SDV) for injection was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the March 2023 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background

The following medication was reviewed: Teclistamab-cqyv (Tecvayli) 10 mg/mL (30 mg SDV) and 90 mg/mL (153 mg SDV) for injection

Assessment/Recommendations

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Teclistamab-cqyv (Tecvayli) 10 mg/mL (30 mg SDV) and 90 mg/mL (153 mg SDV) for injection
