Situation

The manufacturer of Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids Adsorbed® (DT), Sanofi Pasteur, is discontinuing its 
production and distribution. The last lot manufactured has an expiration date of April 2023.

System P&T voted to remove the following products on the UNC Health System Medication Formulary:

• Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids Adsorbed® (DT) vaccine
