Background

The following products were reviewed: Vutrisiran (Amvuttra) 

Assessment/Recommendations

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Care System Drug Formulary:

• Vutrisiran (Amvuttra)
  • Use of Vutrisiran (Amvuttra) injection is restricted to patients in outpatient or clinic encounters (i.e., no inpatient use)

Formulary/Epic changes will Go-Live on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
