System P&T voted to restrict use of indomethacin rectal suppository, as below: 
     Use of indomethacin rectal suppository is restricted to patients who meet one of the following criteria:

• Prevention of of post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography pancreatitis
• Tocolysis
