Situation

Irinotecan liposomal (Onivyde) 4.3 mg/mL SDV for injection was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the July 2022 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Background

The following medication was reviewed: Irinotecan liposomal (Onivyde) 4.3 mg/mL SDV for injection

Assessment/Recommendation

Change effective: Tuesday, August 30^th       

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Irinotecan liposomal (Onivyde) 3 mg/mL SDV for injection
