Situation

The formulary addition proposal for inclisiran (Leqvio) was approved at the May 2022 System P&T Committee meeting.

Background

The following medications were reviewed via a medication use evaluation: inclisiran (Leqvio)

Assessment/Recommendation

Change effective: Tuesday, July 19^th    

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• inclisiran (Leqvio) 284 mg/1.5 mL pre-filled syringe
