Granisetron (Kytril) 1 mg tablet was approved for addition to the health system formulary at the April 2022 System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting.

Change effective: Tuesday, May 24, 2022  

System P&T voted to include the following products on the UNC Health Medication Formulary:

• Granisetron 1 mg tablet
