Outpatient: Formulary (as recommended by ACIP)

Inpatient: Formulary, Restricted to infants born in RSV season and whose mother did not receive the RSV vaccine > 14 days prior to delivery and meeting 1 of the following:

• • < 35 weeks gestational age
  • Hospitalized for the duration of the first week of life.
  • Any newborn or infant who has undergone a procedure that diminishes or eliminates maternal antibody status regardless of maternal vaccine status (i.e. cardiopulmonary bypass).
