9/29/26 Upcoming Go Live: Inpatient Rabies Vaccine Workflow 9/29

Good afternoon,
Starting next Tuesday, September 29th, we have a new inpatient HOSP Rabies Vaccine Series (Age >/= 12 Years) PowerPlan for patients at Main and Madison. Please see attached tip sheet for details. Pharmacists covering HH and Madison that receive these orders will be responsible for entering the INF Outpatient Rabies Vaccine Series (Age >/= 12 Years) PowerPlan that schedules the outpatient follow-up vaccine doses. We're hopeful this workflow will ensure that patients will receive complete regimens whether they are discharged from the ED or admitted. Please reach out with any questions, concerns, or issues!
