Restriction:
This medication (injection formulation only) is restricted at WVUH to the local P&T Committee approved criteria listed below. Injectable formulation only- Telemetry should be used when administered on the SD or floor with BP checks every 15min for 30min- When use on the floor, if more than 3 doses have not achieved satisfactory BP control within an hour, it is strongly recommended that the patient is transferred from the floor to SD level of care.
