Ethinyl Estradiol - Norgestrel 30 mcg-0.3 mg is the minimal estrogen, high progestin OCP on formulary.  It can be substituted for the below products to achieve similar hormone supplementation:

Ethinyl Estradiol - Levonorgestrel 20 mcg - 0.1 mg 

Ethinyl Estradiol - Levonorgestrel 30 mcg - 0.15 mg
