Joint Commission - FormWeb meets over 30 Joint Commission requirements for medication management, including immediate accessibility to Black Box warnings, high alerts, instant updates, look alike/sound alike medications, and non-approved/error prone abbreviations. We encourage using links to ISMP and FDA safety alerts, MedWatch, hospital-specific medication guidelines and policies, and any other pertinent medication safety information available to meet Joint Commission requirements.
