1. What is FormWeb?

FormWeb combines three key elements:

• A custom formulary, based on your NDC numbers.
• A custom website, where you can communicate medication safety information from items on your intranet, the internet, your PC, 3-ring binders or items you scan in.
• An editor website, where you update and make changes to your FormWeb site. Once you input changes, they are available to your users immediately.
• As a bonus, our clients have access to the FormWeb Library composed of contributions from pharmacists all over the U.S. It includesbest practices information and a library of electronic forms, called FormShare, composed of ADR’s and other forms which our client pharmacies need frequently.
• A second bonus is full access to BlackBoxRx.com, the most comprehensive online database of black box warnings available.

Don’t worry! FormWeb is intuitive and easy to use. When you become a FormWeb client, you will receive four private training sessions and access to ongoing group teleconference refresher trainings. And our world class service means we’re always available via phone or email for your questions.

6. What about information security and confidentiality?

FormWeb is flexible enough to meet all security settings and requirements. Tell us about your specific concerns, and we will make sure those are handled appropriately for your application. Also, we never share your information with anyone.
